Drone Photogrammetry

A tech-forward approach.

Overview

Drone photogrammetry offers a fast, cost-effective and often safer method for collecting aerial imagery and scan points required for accurate mapping, verification, and site plans. Photogrammetry transforms 2D images into 3D models, helping to interpret the surveyed area. With our licensed drone pilot, Furtado has the ability to establish scan points around the building or area in question so that there is a clear line of sight to the columns which were surveyed. Using drones improves employee safety by avoiding dangerous terrain and hazardous areas. As drones are able to capture images of a large area and elevation, it keeps employees from having to physically map the area and carry heavy equipment. Drones are able to capture more area, which also increases efficiency and reduces cost.
