Federal Way Link Extension Design-Build Project Management

The Federal Way Link extends the existing light rail alignment from Angle Lake Station in the City of SeaTac to South 320th Street in Federal Way. The proposed 7.8-mile extension includes three new elevated stations, including parking garages, and new streets for bus circulation. Through the length of this segment thus far, F&A has developed and provided right-of-way (ROW) plan sheets, parcel maps, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, WSDOT Airspace lease documents, and temporary construction air space Lease documents. F&A is providing horizontal and vertical geometric alignment verification, structure and utility layout and clearance verification, and ROW and easement verifications. F&A is using our sUAS equipment to capture project progress and video flyovers and aerial photography to monitor construction progress.
